To book a private lesson, email us with your date and desired time. We will respond quickly to set you up with an instructor.
She will collect your name, email, and phone and send you an invoice for the full balance. It should be paid quickly to avoid another group booking your time via the online party calendar. If the invoice is not paid within 2 days, It cancels. We cannot hold and reserve your time until it is paid.
If you are interested in having male participants, please Notify us prior to purchasing so that we may assess whether we can accommodate your group and your requested dance style(s). Without proper notice
prior to the date of the event, we will cancel the service.
There are no workshops or events for sale at this time. When we decide to add them again, we will post to advertise them on our social media pages and they will be visible for sale in the schedule on this page for purchase.

We do not offer monetary refunds for any reason.
If you are late, the front doors will likely be locked for the safety and privacy of all.
We do not offer makeups or reuse of the credit if you were absent or will be absent for a scheduled Event or Private Lesson.
In a weather incident, we will credit your account in our software for future use of the paid for event or party. This is not a refund.
In case of a true emergency, contact the studio prior to the start time and speak to our management in person. She answers the phone and will directly receive your call.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure contact info is up to date in case we need to reach you to cancel. If the phone or email changes, information should be updated by the client to receive notifications when a cancellation occurs in the studio's scheduling system.
Drop In Customers are not permitted. Our doors are locked at all times. If the door is unlocked, it is because our studio has been hired with another client and our staff are not able to stop working with this prepaid client to give you our time. For this reason as well as safety and security reasons
